The crane will be arriving on site 2 hours earlier and all boats wanting to be lifted out should be fully prepared by this time. (ropes led underneath the stern and backstays loosened as a minimum).
As usual everyone participating must have first attended a safety briefing, read the Risk Assessment / Method Statements and signed up to them.
